What is a DGroup?

Who should join?
Anybody who wants to know more about God and the Bible are welcome to join a DGroup. He/she doesn’t have to be a current member of B1G South or CCF. It is highly encouraged for current members or regular attendees of B1G South and CCF services or various ministries to become part of a DGroup. There are special ministry privileges for DGroup members: • Wedding and/or renewal of vows • Dedication (child/home/office) • Hospital visitation • Counseling • Wake & funeral service

What's next? Who do I contact?
The B1G South DGroup care team will look for a suitable DGroup based on your preferences. Then they will contact you as soon as they have found a group for you to attend. If you don’t get a call or text after a week, you may call them at their office number (stated in question #3) to follow up your placement request.
Will I fit in? What if I don't like my DGroup?
The DGroup placement team will try its best to put you in a group where you will fit in, based on the information you provided. However, if you don’t like your group after trying out, you can be moved to another group. Just inform your DGroup leader and/or the DGroup care team about your decision.

You are encouraged for your growth but you don’t have to if you’re not ready.
Do I/we have to share personal stuff? I am a very private person.
